The following materials were used by our Neurofeedback Training Centers to help people in need of brainwave training. Read the FAQ first. Most of the materials below are handy inventories used by us for diagnostics and to help us form a recovery baseline during our extensive intake. Probably our biggest challenges were clinical depression, diagnosed by high (24 or more) average beta amplitudes, especially in the front of the head, and ADHD, diagnosed by high theta toward to back of the head often mixed with low beta in the front. Neurofeedback is safe and effective. It is a tool that you can use to help keep your brainwaves in balance.
